Are these sold out? Website says they are on general sale but there don't appear to be any?

Re: Juve tickets
When I bought 2 in May I had tried the night before and cheapest was £50 so I tried again next day and got 2 for £35 each in the middle tier which was a bargain as I thought for that I would be in the gods.
Keep trying or ring them.

Buzzy - keep looking on the ticketing website. They keep getting some returns (there's currently one 1966 seat for £50 going).

Re: Juve tickets
Of course, and it really isn't something that would be difficult to implement. A bit like PP applications for away games, I bet we still won't be able to do that online this season.

Our ticket office has always been stuck in the dark ages.

I appreciate that Buster, but given the number of kids tickets they've sold and the fact that they've just developed a new online portal, you would have thought that building in the required functionality would be a no-brainer.

Upgrades have always been done like that, so it's nothing new. It's ridiculous though that in this day and age, it can't be done online.

But then they wouldn't get their money from the phone calls that way.

Re: Juve tickets
Just rung the ticket office to upgrade a Juventus kids ticket. They still can't do this as the match day ticket prices are yet to be announced. Unsure as to why there's a delay as it's supposedly already sold out.

They also confirmed that ticket upgrades will be done on the day or over the phone. I pointed out that this will be an absolute nightmare for both the ticket office and people wishing to upgrade, considering they've sold some 10,000 kids tickets with assurances that the tickets can be upgraded.

It will probably deny the club income in the long run, as people will simply not bother upgrading and leave the seat empty, or bunk in, as opposed to spending an extortionate amount of money waiting in a phone queue to the ticket office.

Basically don't believe anything Ticket Office run, as they are one seriously set of useless cunts who never update anything.
